The Call
Levee was founded in Brazil with a focus on bringing equity to the hiring process for service industry workers. They built a strong customer base in Latin America, then expanded into the U.S. market and made a hard pivot to a B2B model.
Levee’s leadership called on Roger That to craft a new brand to reposition the company for this new market, and show the value of their newly repackaged products for U.S. businesses.
Our Response
Roger That helped the Levee team get clarity on their value proposition and find ways to differentiate their brand in the crowded field of talent acquisition tech.
We developed a brand identity for Levee that emphasizes the human aspects of recruiting, using high-energy colors and straightforward language to create a confident and inspiring tone.
We also developed a starter website they can use immediately to enable sales and raise funding, with plans to add resources, success stories and more products as they grow.
